NETWORK MARKETING

                     One time Microsoft CEO Bill Gates said if he had chance to start again his business he would choose network marketing because it is easiest way to market his business also has more efficiency than other types of marketing. In this article we can see about network marketing.

  

                    It is direct selling method in which independent agents serve as the distributors of goods and services.  In this the distributors are encouraged to build and manage their own sales team and train them for their further sales and improvement.  By this method commission is earned on the agent’s own sale revenue and also the sales revenue of sales team recruited by the agent (i.e. down line).  This is very popularly known as MULTILEVEL MARKETING (MLM).

TIERS OF NETWORK MARKETING

                   On speaking about Network Marketing it is necessary to consider that there are how many tiers are there. 

                   Single-Tier:  In this the participants are paid as per their direct sales or traffic driven to the affiliated website (also known as pay per click or pay per load). 

                    Two-Tier:  Here the participants are paid in double times, one by their direct sales or traffic driven by them and also the direct sales generated by the affiliate who joined by their recommendation.

                    Multi-Tier:  It works as the two tier but may have some several more tiers such as the commission of the whole down line.

DIRECT SALES

                 Network marketing companies do not make use their any medium of trade.  They give the selling responsibility to individuals whoever involved (i.e. participants).  The participant gets commission as per their sales.

                Since they are promoting their own business network marketers are called IBO.

SELLING PHILOSOPHY

               This model of marketing involves the PHILOSOPHY OF SELLING.  The main focus in on recruiting more participants and selling more products for the earning more commission. 

SYSTEM OF HIERARCHY

           Consider two people A and B in that B is under A. person A gets income whenever he makes sale and also gets income whenever B makes sale.  So now B will also recruit more people under him to earn more money.  This makes big system of hierarchy.

NO ADVERTISING

                 Network marketing companies do not believe in advertising their products instead they use mode of people to their own experience in the product while they were selling them.
